ITIL V3 Intermediate Exam Pilots

APMG-US are helping to drive forward the development of the ITIL Version 3 Intermediate qualifications, by conducting pilots of the exams based on each syllabus.

Each examination will undergo a three-stage process of internal pilot testing before being released as a live qualification to the market.

We have completed Stage 1 pilots for the following exams:

• Service Operation (SO)
• Service Transition (ST)
• Release Control and Validation (RCV)
• Service Offerings and Agreements (SOA)
• Operational Support and Analysis (OSA).

Beginning Friday 21st August, we will be conducting Stage 1 pilots for:

• Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
• Planning, Protection and Optimization (PPO)
• Service Design (SD).

These are due to conclude on 21st August. We will release regular updates on the progress of the pilots, so check back here soon.
