What We Do

APMG-US accredits professional managers. We provide the infrastructure and professional expertise for any organization wishing to establish a certification or qualification process for knowledge-based workers. We work in true partnership with commercial, governmental and regulatory organizations who own standards, processes, procedures or models that they want to extend to a wider community.

How do we do it?

APMG-US accredits training organizations, trainers and training materials and certifies examination candidates through a variety of methods. We also accredit consultancy organizations and their consultants, as well as provide standards to enable them to help organizations.

As the pivotal link between standard-setting organizations and service deliverers, we continually work to bring success to both parties, creating a seamless delivery chain between the standard owner and the candidates taking the qualification, or the end-user organization seeking consultancy advice on applying the standard to their operations. We thrive on setting high expectations - and then exceeding them!

As well as accrediting training and consulting organisations, we set, mark and certify the relevant examinations. To support candidates who sit our exams our online bookshop provides core guidance texts for all our qualifications, as well as general management-related books and software.

As part of our activities to support and promote Best Practice, our exam candidates have access to significant Online Communities. These sites help knowledge-based workers to expand and share their knowledge and usage of Best Practice disciplines.
